Getting Started

The Basics

Where are you located?
We are at 2000 Hamilton Street, Philadelphia PA 19130, inside the Rodin Place mixed-use complex in the Art Museum District. One block from the Barnes Foundation, approximately one mile from both Penn and Drexel.
What are your office hours?
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sunday: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
How do I reserve a storage unit?
Reserve online at any time -- no credit card required. Choose your unit size, pick your move-in date, and submit. We confirm by phone or email. You can also call (215) 569-0732 during business hours for same-day help.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No. All units are month-to-month with no long-term lease required. Pay only for the months you use and move out with standard notice.
Do I need to come in to sign paperwork?
You will need to come in on your first day to sign your rental agreement and get set up. After that you can manage your account and access your unit independently. We recommend arriving during business hours on your first visit.
Units & Pricing

Sizes & Rates

What size storage unit do I need?
A 5x5 fits a few large boxes and small items. A 5x10 fits a full dorm room or studio -- furniture, bike, and boxes. A 10x10 fits a full one-bedroom apartment. A 10x20 fits a two-bedroom apartment or significant business inventory. When in doubt, go one size up -- it's usually worth it. View all available units and live pricing at our Rent Now page.
What is climate controlled storage and do I need it?
Climate controlled storage maintains approximately 55-80 degrees Fahrenheit year-round. You need it for electronics, musical instruments, artwork, wine, documents, antiques, or anything sensitive to heat and humidity. For furniture, clothing, and general household items, standard storage is usually fine. Philadelphia summers reach 95 degrees, so consider climate control for anything valuable.
What does storage cost?
Prices vary by unit size and type. Standard storage units start around $103/month including tax. Climate controlled units are priced higher. See live pricing and availability at our Rent Now page.
Are prices listed including or excluding tax?
Prices on our website include Philadelphia's 8% tax. The price you see is the price you pay -- no surprises at checkout.
Do you offer any discounts?
We run periodic promotions. Call us at (215) 569-0732 or check our Rent Now page for current availability and any active specials.
Access & Security

Hours & Security

Are your storage units secure?
Yes. Our 66,000 square foot facility has security cameras throughout, controlled access, and on-site staff during business hours. Each unit is secured with the tenant's own lock. We have been serving the Philadelphia community since the 1980s.
Do I need my own lock?
Yes. Each tenant provides their own lock for their unit. We sell locks on-site -- pick one up when you move in. We recommend a disc lock for maximum security.
When can I access my unit?
Storage access is available during office hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. If you need to discuss extended access options, call us at (215) 569-0732.
Is there parking at the facility?
Yes. There is parking available at 2000 Hamilton Street inside the Rodin Place complex. Call us at (215) 569-0732 for current parking details and instructions.
Moving In

Your First Visit

What do I need to bring on move-in day?
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your payment method. If you reserved online we will already have your basic information. We recommend arriving with your lock -- we sell them on-site if you forget.
Do you sell moving supplies on-site?
Yes. We sell boxes in multiple sizes, packing tape, bubble wrap, mattress bags, wardrobe boxes, and locks. No separate trip to a box store needed.
Do you have carts or dollies to help me move in?
Yes. We have carts and dollies available on-site to help you move items into your unit. Ask at the front desk when you arrive.
How do I move out when I'm done?
Remove all of your belongings from your unit, remove your lock, and notify our office. We will process your move-out and confirm your end date. Please give us notice as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Additional Services

Beyond Storage

Do you accept packages on my behalf?
Yes. We accept packages from UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon for storage tenants and mailbox rental customers. You will be notified when a package arrives and can pick it up during office hours.
Do you offer mailbox rental?
Yes. Mailbox rental gives you a real street address at 2000 Hamilton St, Philadelphia PA 19130 -- not a PO Box. Available for personal and business use. We notify you when mail or packages arrive. Call (215) 569-0732 for current pricing.
Do you offer shipping services?
Yes. We offer shipping services through major carriers. Convenient when combined with storage -- one trip handles both.
Do you have fax and copy services?
Yes. Fax and copy services are available at the facility during office hours.
